Chairunniesa Salsabiela Izzaty is a Counsel at Anggaraksa Law Office. Her practice focuses on corporate and commercial law, foreign investment, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance, and international trade. She regularly advises domestic and international clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including market entry, investment structuring, licensing, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.

Prior to joining Anggaraksa Law Office, Izzaty represented multinational corporations in cross-border transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and complex regulatory matters. Her experience includes conducting legal due diligence, preparing and negotiating transaction documents, and assisting clients in navigating Indonesian legal and regulatory frameworks throughout the lifecycle of their investments.

Izzaty also has significant exposure to international trade law. She has assisted in anti-dumping investigations before the European Commission and the United States Department of Commerce, as well as advised on matters involving cross-border trade and investment. Her experience across multiple jurisdictions enables her to provide commercially driven legal solutions that address both domestic and international business considerations.

Izzaty earned her Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Business and Economic Law from Georgetown University Law Center, where she also obtained a Certificate in WTO & International Trade Studies. She is admitted to practice law in Indonesia and is a member of the Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI).
