Mayanda joined Anggaraksa Law Office in 2024, bringing with him a solid foundation in labor and commercial law. Prior to joining the firm, he served as an associate at a prominent law firm with a strong focus on labor and employment matters, where he developed practical skills and legal insight in advising corporate clients.

Specializing in labor law and commercial dispute resolution, Mayanda has been involved in handling employment-related conflicts, company policy reviews, and litigation before industrial relations courts. He also has experience in alternative dispute resolution, assisting clients in resolving commercial disputes through negotiation and mediation with a solutions-oriented approach.

He earned his Bachelor of Laws from Universitas Padjadjaran and is a licensed advocate as well as an active member of the Indonesian Advocate Congress (KAI).
